Our Organic Cranberries are grown by hard working organic farmers in Oregon or Canada (when Oregon is not available), where the cool climate and ideal growing conditions produce beautifully plump berries with their signature bright, tangy flavor. We gently dehydrate them in our Certified Organic kitchen at Hummingbird Wholesale with a touch of Organic Honey, creating a naturally sweet-tart snack that's as versatile as it is delicious.

Originally, we searched extensively for local organic cranberries to support our commitment to regional sourcing, and for many years we handcrafted dried cranberries from Oregon-grown fruit. As organic production and processing evolved, sourcing from Canada became the another way to ensure a consistent supply of exceptional organic cranberries while staying true to our commitment to quality and sustainability.

These vibrant ruby-red berries bring a burst of color and flavor to trail mixes, granolas, salads, baked goods (like scones, see recipe), or charcuterie boards. Their naturally bold character is balanced by just a touch of Organic Multi-Flora Honey, making them a wholesome snack straight from the bag or a flavorful addition to your favorite recipes.

Because these berries lack added sugar and oil, they are lighter. Consequently, one pound of these berries contains roughly twice the number of berries as the oiled and sugared varieties. As one of our customers likes to say, "Half the weight and twice the cost equals the same price!"
