This is our 11" x 17" horizontal poster that illustrates and guides you to the tastes you'll find in our varietal honeys from bees sourcing nectar, pollen, and floral oils from flowers. Nectar is a sweet fluid made of water, sugar, carbohydrates, amino acids, and proteins that flowers produce to attract bees and other insects, birds, and mammals. Bees make honey from the nectar. They also bring back pollen. When bees are primarily visiting nectar from specific floral sources—you can taste it in the honey.
