Description

Cocoa Butter, the pale yellow, edible fat extracted from the cacao bean, is the essential ingredient that produces the silky, melt in your mouth quality in chocolates. Sourced from individual family farms and cooperatives, providing fair wages and promoting sustainable agriculture using the most flavorful, heirloom varieties of cacao beans. The pods are hand harvested and fermented to bring forth the rich cacao flavor and then pressed to extract the rich, luxurious cocoa butter. Roasting temperature is 260 - 290 degrees.

Suitable for the production of chocolates, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
