Our Organic Buckwheat Flour is grown and stone ground by Camas Country Mill in Eugene.

A great source of manganese and a good source of magnesium, dietary fiber, and phosphorus, buckwheat is a fruit seed related to rhubarb and sorrel. Buckwheat protein contains all eight essential amino acids, including lysine.
