Our Organic Buckwheat Flour was grown on a farm in Alpine, Oregon, and stone ground at Camas Country Mill in Eugene.

A great source of manganese and a good source of magnesium, dietary fiber, and phosphorus, buckwheat is a fruit seed related to rhubarb and sorrel. Buckwheat protein contains all eight essential amino acids, including lysine.
