Tall regal Brazil nut trees grow wild in the western Amazonian Rain Forest, in an area that covers portions of Brazil, Bolivia, and Peru.
A staple of native Amazonians, Brazil nuts are an excellent source of B-complex vitamins and a good source of vitamin E and selenium.
Enjoy our shelled Brazil nuts alone; or chop and add to puddings, fruitcakes, or brownies; or sprinkle over soup, meat, salad or veggie dishes.
