Mung Dal is tiny, cylindrical mung bean seeds, which are hulled and split. Mung beans are native to India and have been cultivated for thousands of years as a delicious source of nutrition. Our Organic Mung Dal is flat and yellow, with a slightly sweet and nutty flavor.
