This is Gracie Schatz and she runs the Heart of the Willamette (HOW) Cooking School, a community cooking school that currently offers virtual cooking classes for all skill levels. Every month she puts together six public cooking classes to inform and inspire. These classes have a sliding scale ($0-$35) fee structure so that anyone can access them. To amp up for Channukah, let’s make some latkes and drink some spiked cider! Homemade applesauce is on the menu, but this is intended to be an easy and fun class for all of you latke lovers out there!
Citrus Season! —Wednesday, December 16th
Let’s celebrate the fruit of winter with three delightful dishes! Citrus Salad with Shaved Fennel, Olives and Chili, Citrus Braised Chicken with White Wine and Shallots, Citrus Curd Tart with Rosemary Shortbread Crust
Free Pie Crust Demo —Saturday, December 19th
