Grown in Oregon
Hazelnuts or Filberts - Oregon grows 99% of the U.S. hazelnut crop, mostly in the Willamette Valley. They're used in baked goods, nut butters, and as gourmet snacks.
Pumpkin Seeds - Raw Organic hulless pumpkin seeds grown in the Willamette Valley are dark green and have a fresh, slightly nutty flavor.
Cranberries - Grown on the southern Oregon coast we take the beautiful Organic cranberries and dehydrate them, adding a touch of Organic Wildflower Honey.
Black Beans - Grown locally in Elmira, the farmer is also an inventor, creating a wood dryer, grain huller, grain thresher, and winnower. Some of the best black beans you'll ever eat.
Blueberries - Grown on a third generation, family-owned farm in Corvallis, Oregon, these berries are dehydrated to perfection—producing a potent flavored deliciously chewy berry without any added sugar or oil.
Tart Cherries - Tart cherries thrive and reach perfection in the perfect climate and soil of the Willamette Valley. Of the domestic tart cherry crop, Michigan grows 75%, Washington grows 5% and Oregon grows just 1%.
Rye Berries - Our Organic Rye Berries are grown on a family farm in Oregon. The grains are longer and more slender than wheat and have a grayish, green color.
'Oregon Trail' Mix - We've taken the best Oregon Hazelnuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Cranberries and Blueberries to create our very own 'Oregon Trail' mix.
Oregon Honey - Bees love Oregon's organic agriculture and love to make honey. We offer many varietal honeys from Blackberry & Clover to Meadowfoam & Star Thistle.

Hummingbird's Awakened® Nuts & Seeds - We craft Awakened® Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts and Pumpkin Seeds by soaking them overnight in pure salt water, initiating germination, and the process helps reduce enzyme inhibitors (phytic acid) that can make all nuts & seeds hard to digest. They are then dehydrated to crunchy perfection. Both our pecans and walnuts were selected as a Good Food Award® recipients.
