Time for an Iced Chai

We are a proud distributor of Blue Lotus Chai and with the warmer summer weather on its way, iced chai is the way to go. Blue Lotus Chai is offered in Traditional, Rooibos and Golden Masala Chai varieties. Each includes spices such as Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Nutmeg and Cloves. We usually use our Blackberry Honey from the Willamette Valley to sweeten it up.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 tsp Blue Lotus Chai

1-3 tsp Honey or other sweetener

3 oz Cold Water

4 oz Cold Milk (your choice) works with nut milk, oat, rice or soy milk.

Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

With Blue Lotus Chai, they have done the work for you.

1) In a tall glass, dissolve 1/4 rounded tsp of your favorite Blue Lotus Chai variety, Traditional Masala, Rooibos Masala or Golden Masala, in 2 Tbsp of boiling water.

2) Stir in 1-3 tsp of your choice of sweetener. We love the Blackberry Honey from family apiaries in the Willamette Valley.

3) Add 3 oz of cold water, 4 oz milk (you choose your favorite), and ice and stir.
