Wheat Flour, Whole, Edison Hard White, Camas Country Mill



Our Organic Edison Hard White Wheat is grown on Huntons' Farm in Junction City, Oregon. This third-generation family farm is one of the first in the Willamette Valley to transition grass seed acreage to grains and beans. It is taken to Camas Country Mill in Eugene, Oregon to be milled.

Stone ground in small batches helps retain optimal freshness. The slow milling process does not heat the grain or flour, so the nutritional benefits of the Hard White Wheat remain intact.

Edison Hard White Wheat Flour has less tannins than red wheat, so it appears white but is still whole grain.

Use our Organic Edison Hard White Wheat Flour for making bread or specialty noodles.
