Being naturally hulless, Streaker oats do not require post-harvest processing to remove the hull from the oat kernel because the hull is separated from the kernel during the harvest process. CCM's Organic Streaker Rolled (Flakes) Oats are an excellent source of thiamine, iron, dietary fiber, and protein.
