Organic Shoyu is brewed with soybeans and wheat resulting in a more aromatic sauce perfect for dipping or as a table condiment. It is naturally brewed for up to six months. There is no added MSG or artificial preservatives. Certified by USDA Organic and Quality Assurance International (QAI).

The US demand has exceeded the capacity of the facility in Virginia so ingredients are brought over from Japan and blended in Virginia.

Use Shoyu as a delicious addition to your recipes and as a table condiment to sprinkle on your meals.
