Our raw and unfiltered Sunflower Honey comes from a small family farm whose bees pollinate in the Lower Columbia River Basin in Oregon.
Our Sunflower Honey is gold in color with a rich and creamy flavor. The bees collect nectar and pollen from sunflowers that grow in the foothills of the Oregon Blue Mountains. Try Sunflower Honey in tea, baked goods or mixed with yogurt.
Unfiltered and raw (not heated over 115°F), our honey still contains traces of Pollen and Propolis and has no additives.
Honey will naturally crystallize over time, which does not diminish the quality or flavor. If desired, you may heat gently in a warm water bath to liquefy.
