Organic Date Paste is made from Organic dates that are softened and then double ground into a date paste in a processing facility in California.
With a sweet, mild flavor, this Date Paste is dark and soft, with a smooth creamy texture.
A healthy, natural sweetener; use alone or in combination with other ingredients. Excellent in filling for cookies, snack bars, baked foods, confections, cereals, and raw food dishes.
