One of the most commonly grown cherries, this dark, sweet fruit offers highly desirable flavor characteristics. Naturally sweet, Dried Bings are lovely as a snack, in trail mixes, or as a compliment to many recipes.

Sweet cherries contain antioxidants such as phenols, melatonin and quercetin. They are considered a good source of dietary potassium.

Recipe ideas for dried Bing Cherries: Toss into a Romaine salad, bake into muffins, soak and blend to make a sweet and tangy salad dressing, cook with wild rice, brown or white rice, poultry, pork, or simmer into a delectable chutney.
